Start the needle,
Today, I have noticed 2 things: 1. what I want to do more than anything is dance and 2. I am the only person standing in my own way. I have enough excuses to fill the dictionary. Today is the declaration to the future that I want and what I am going to have. I am going to retrain myself and get better every day. I will get stronger mentally and physically. I will commit myself and my dreams because I am the only one who can make my own Destiny. I am the strength in my feet, legs, core, arms, and mind. I am the bold that burns through my eyes. I am the beauty in every painful stretch. I will conquer my mind and all its negativity. I will envy my own happiness and continue to seek better versions of it every day. Dear God, I will get out of my own way today.
